He quickly identified the issue, swapped out the faulty part, and retested the system. After cleaning up, he was off to his next task. What a great addition to the team!

I placed an order for Miele 8 FJM bags featuring a HEPA filter, but instead, they sent me GN bags that lack the HEPA filter. These GN bags are pricier since they're larger. When I reached out to them about the mix-up, they promptly sent me the correct items I originally wanted. So, I ended up getting the GN bags at no cost due to their error... haha! I'm quite pleased with that. Great customer service!

We needed to schedule a repair since our washing machine was acting up, so we contacted the Miele customer service center. They set up a visit with someone from Gillmans, and within half an hour of my call, they had it all arranged. Tony called to let me know he was just 20 minutes away, which was perfect because I could get the dogs settled in another room. He was friendly and really knew his stuff, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem while making sure to tidy up after himself. I can't find anything to complain about and would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
